With just the right balance of yoga, relaxation and free time, you can unwind from the stresses of everyday life while you immerse yourself in the picturesque tranquillity of Lake Lucerne.
The highly acclaimed 4 star Waldstätterhof Hotel, welcomes us with it's lakeside location and dreamlike views of the Urner Alps.
Whether enjoying the beautiful spa with it's panoramic saunas and outdoor Whirlpool, swimming in the lake from our hotel's private access beach, or dining in one of the fabulous restaurants, your stay here is relaxation guaranteed.
This yoga retreat is suitable for all levels with modifications and variations in class offered as needed.
The retreat is taught in English but the instructor also speaks French, Spanish and basic German.

*2 overnight stays (with breakfast and dinner) in a 4 star hotel

*Morning and late afternoon yoga classes, including one outdoor class in front of the lake (weather permitting), with guided meditations and gentle pranayama

*Daily three course dinner - dietary requirements catered for (please state in advance)

11.00-17.00: Free time ~ Relax, use the spa, walk or bicycle ride, massage...

17.00-1830: Restorative style yoga, mindfulness.
