One Day Yoga Retreat,

Join us for a day in the charming alpine town of Chamonix for this wonderful mini retreat.
Situated in the Fench Alps, Chamonix is easily accessible with public transport in just one hour and ten minutes from Geneva.

Why do a one day retreat?
Because by taking just one day out of your busy schedule, you can be rewarded with the many benefits that a yoga retreat has to offer.
By stepping away from the responsibilities of everyday life and dedicating a few hours to yourself, you can relax and reset, surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the French Alps.
​Our day begins with a trip to our breathtakingly beautiful mountainside spot for our outdoor Vinyasa Class, including a short guided meditation.
After a lunch break we set off on a hike to a mountain chalet with stunning views, where you may enjoy a drink before heading back down to Chamonix and rounding off the day with a Yin style yoga class and Yoga Nidra session.

Program:
08.35: Depart for an incredible outdoor practice in front of the Mont Blance mountain range (Guided meditation and Vinyasa flow)
11.30 -13.30: Lunch break/free time.
13.30: Depart for a hike with a stop at a mountain café
(or freetime if you would prefer to explore Chamonix in your own way)
16.45-18.00: Yin yoga class and Yoga Nidra
18.00: Safe travels home
*The hike is quite accessible to all but it is uphill on the way and approximately 3.5kms each way.
Day Retreat Price:
£110 per person
Included in price:
2 full yoga classes, including one outdoor practice (with chairlift pass to the destination) with guided meditation and pranayama
Yoga nidra experience
*Hike to mountainside chalet (weather permitting - to be replaced by an extra yoga class and walk into Chamonix centre if bad weather)
*Water and fresh fruit in yoga room

*Travel to and from the retreat location

Getting Here:
​Chamonix is easily accessible by car or by bus with numerous daily bus transfers from Geneva.
There is a bus at 06.30 (Swiss Tours) that will get you here in time for the retreat.
The last bus back leaves 30 minutes after the end of the retreat at 18.30, or there is a train at 18.55
The journey takes approximately 1 hr, 10 minutes.

There are also bus transfers direct from Geneva Airport and it is also possible to reach Chamonix by train.
